Balsamic Aioli
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 small clove garlic, pressed
- 1 small sprig of fresh basil, minced
- Measure all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk together well.
- Refrigerate any unused aioli in an airtight container.
This would make an awesome spread for sandwiches such as veggie burgers, paninis, or grilled portabella mushrooms.
