Quinoa Patties with Goat Cheese

by TastefullyJulie on May 10, 2012

I’m going to make you work for today’s recipe. That’s right, today you have to do a little something extra if you want to find out about these delicious little quinoa patties. You have to click here.

That’s because I’m guest blogging for Abby today at Seaweed & Sassafras while she moves back home from Guam. I don’t even know where Guam is! Seriously, I had to look it up.

I promise you it will be worth every ounce of energy you spend clicking that little mouse button. This is the perfect way to make use of leftover quinoa the next time you make it. If you don’t plan on having leftover quinoa any time soon, I’d suggest you make this and double the quinoa so that you do. Then try these yummy little patties.

Keen. Wah. Double. Play.

That’s how I roll.

Get the recipe.

I made this for dinner tonight, it came together so quick and everyone loved it! Including Mr. Picky 4 year old that won’t eat anything besides hash browns and chicken nuggets. Thanks for a great recipe!!

I had decided to make these, wrote the recipe out and went to the kitchen and realized I didn’t have any quinoa. So, in case anyone was wondering, rice works! I think quinoa would have worked a little better and I’d much rather be eating it since I think it’s much more nutritious than rice is. OH WELL. They were delicious. Thank you.
